This 1 day course is a follow-on course to DESIGNING STUNNING SINGLE PAGE LAY-OUTS. Diving deeper into using InDesign, the powerful lay-out software package. You will cover all the skills you need to create professional looking multi-page documents, either from scratch or using existing files, including:

• Brochures
• Annual Reports
• Magazines
• Booklets

What you will learn:

• Adding and managing pages
• Creating a tri-fold brochure
• Creating a booklet with a cover page and facing pages
• Easily formatting and changing text styles across pages
• Creative use of images and effects
• Setting up page templates
• Automatically numbering pages
• Allowing text to flow from page to page
• Finding and replacing text
• Spell-check and working with multi-lingual documents
• Lay-out tips and tricks
• Preparing the file to be professionally printed
• Distributing your document on-line

What to expect when leaving the course:

Delegates will leave the course knowing how to create an array of attractive multi-page documents. You will also be able to take home samples and templates of the work created in class, so that you can start working on your projects straight away.

Who this course is for:

• You should either have taken our course DESIGNING STUNNING SINGLE PAGE LAY-OUTS or have a good working knowledge of creating single page documents in Adobe InDesign.

Software package used:

We will use Adobe InDesign, the software package used by professional designers to create lay-outs.
